1. performance agreement

1.1 The services of the wedding planners specifically include the planning and organisation of the wedding of the client as agreed in the jointly prepared schedule and in the cost breakdown and the supervision of the civil ceremony and the church wedding.
1.2 The Client agrees that the wedding planners may commission in his/her name and for his/her account
those companies that have been agreed verbally, in writing or by e-mail. No contractual relationship is created between the companies commissioned and the wedding planners. The wedding planners are merely the intermediaries between the clients and the commissioned companies.
1.3 If agreements are made between the client or your fiancé and the wedding planners, these agreements apply to both the client and your fiancé, even if they were made without the knowledge or consent of the other.

1.4 By signing this contract, the General Terms and Conditions
of the Wedding Planners are deemed to have been read and accepted. The GTC can also be found on the Internet at www.hochzeitsplaner.at!

2. consultancy fees and other services provided by the Client

2.1 The consultation fee is fixed when the contract is signed and includes the organisation of the
civil and/or the church/free wedding ceremony on the day of the wedding until 10.00 p.m. at the latest as well as the organisation in the run-up to the wedding to the extent of 50 consultation hours. Consultation hours in excess of this will be charged separately at an hourly rate of € 69 (incl. 20% VAT) after consultation with the Contractor.
2.2 50% of the consultancy fee is payable to the account stated below no later than 2 weeks after placing the order, the remaining 50% is payable 1 week before the wedding.
2.3 In the event of late payment, interest on arrears shall be charged at the rate of 7 % p.a. of the amount still due.
2.4 In the case of weddings and consultations outside Vienna, the
client will be charged Euro 0.45 per kilometre travelled (outward and return journey) from the city limits of Vienna as reimbursement of travel costs, payable on the day of the wedding.
2.5 In the case of weddings from a distance of more than 150 km from the city limits of Vienna, the wedding planners shall be provided with a double or two single rooms for overnight accommodation on the day of the wedding.

3. cancellation agreements

3.1 In the event of cancellation up to eight weeks before the wedding, a cancellation fee of 75%, from eight weeks before 100% of the
consultation fee will be charged.
3.2 All cancellation fees incurred by the companies engaged by the wedding planners in the name and for the account of the client shall be borne by the client in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions applicable there.
3.3 The wedding planners act as intermediaries between the clients and the agreed contracting companies. The wedding planners do not accept any liability for defects, breaches of contract or damage caused to the clients by the contracting companies. No claims for damages can be asserted against the wedding planners.
